A graduate of Lebanon Valley College, Debra has been part of Christian-Baker Company since 1989. During that time, she has handled the claims for personal and commercial lines clients and enjoys assisting them throughout the claims process. From the first report to the final resolution, Debra’s goal is complete customer satisfaction. Using a variety of skills, from expediting to mediating, and at times just patiently listening, she strives to help each client have a better claims experience.
