Meet Polly McGlynn
Since joining the Christian-Baker Company in 2003, Polly has evolved into the agency’s keystone. She began her journey as a part-time remote commercial processor, juggling work with raising her young children. In 2015, she transitioned to the role of full-time office manager, effectively bridging a crucial gap in the agency’s operations.
Polly’s current role is multifaceted and dynamic. She manages internal procedures, administers personnel policies, and maintains a balanced workload among the staff. She troubleshoots account and procedural issues, manages agency licensing, and constantly seeks ways to enhance efficiency and innovation. The variety of responsibilities, learning opportunities, and the vibrant work environment at Christian-Baker Company keep her motivated.
Away from work, Polly enjoys traveling, preferably to ocean-front resorts, and cherishing moments with her family. Married to Bryan since 1995, she is a proud mother of three daughters.
