On January 1, 2023, Rob Fitzgerald, President of Christian-Baker Company, began serving as President of The Insurance Alliance Network. The Insurance Alliance Network is a collective of seven premier independent agencies with a mission to unite in principle and practice to bring clients the absolute best insurance products and services available.

Rob serves alongside Chairman of the Board Joe Lapi of Harding-Yost Insurance Associates, Inc. and Amy Gohsler of The Insurance Alliance Network, Inc. as Chief Operating Officer. The Insurance Alliance Network members include Christian-Baker Company, Gearhart-Herr & Company, Inc., Harding Yost Insurance Associates, Inc., Hutchison Insurance Agency, Inc., Miers Insurance, Inc., PDM Insurance Agency, Inc., and The Stoll Agency, Inc.
